Anne Flipo sits behind two of the largest French designer releases on US shelves. Her path into the studio reads from the French canon. She was born in 1961 in a farming family in northern France. She trained at the ISIPCA in Versailles, the legacy French perfumery school, under Michel Almairac and Jean-Louis Sieuzac. She joined International Flavors and Fragrances, the New York-headquartered fragrance and flavor major, in 2004 and now composes from the IFF fine fragrance studio in Paris.
